RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) via mail or to our store within 14 days of receipt for store credit.

TO START YOUR RETURN:

1) Contact us at support@shopcarries.com with your name, order number, item in question and reason for return.

2) Once we have authorized your return, please ship your item(s) along with a copy of your invoice, to:

3) Once received, your return will be processed, and we will contact you with your store credit info.

IMPORTANT!

Damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Any item(s) you return must be unworn, free from perfumes, cigarette smoke, etc, with the original tags attached.

We cannot cover items damaged through wear and tear.

Marked Down items, jewelry, bags, home goods and accessories are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.
